I have a question for such people.

What do you think of the definition of "health"?

 

Health is not a condition where there is no problem with a medical checkup and there is no medical condition.

WHO (World Health Organization) has defined health as you may have heard it.

WHO defines health as "a condition that is physically, mentally and socially fulfilled."

 

In other words, even if you do not get sick, you are not healthy unless you are socially satisfied.

This is the definition of WHO, and I think that the form of health considered by individuals is different, so please use it as a reference and let those who set "health" as the goal of this year be satisfied socially .
